  Working Principle：

Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. The crushed material is thrown along the tangent direction to the impact plate installed above the rotor for crushing again, and then bounces back from the impact plate to the plate hammer action area for crushing again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. The purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor.

The fitting surface of the lower frame and the bearing seat adopts an integral processing process to ensure processing accuracy. The fitting surfaces of the impact plate and the impact frame are finely processed and fixed by nylon self-locking nuts and two sets of disc springs, and epoxy resin is added to ensure firm fixation.
