Working Principle:
Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. The crushed material is thrown along the tangent direction to the impact plate installed above the rotor for crushing again, and then bounces back from the impact plate to the plate hammer action area for crushing again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. The purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor.

2.Hydraulic operating system is simple and fast The multifunctional full hydraulic operating system realizes full hydraulic adjustment of the discharge size and full hydraulic opening of the top to replace wearing parts. The liner is fixed with high-strength bolts and can be replaced directly from the outside, reducing the manpower and time cost of replacing the liner. The precise positioning device of the bearing seat reduces the difficulty of positioning the bearing seat during maintenance. The overall plate hammer design is reliable and the disassembly and assembly of the plate hammer is more convenient and quick.
3.High-quality materials extend service life The casing is made of high-strength steel, the hammer is made of high-wear-resistant material, the rotor is made of low-temperature-resistant high-strength steel, and the bearings are made of international brands. High-quality raw materials are the basis for extending the service life of the crusher. Thickened lining plates are used, and the bolts rotate from the outside to the inside to avoid the loosening of the side guards due to bolt wear, ensuring that the side guards are fully utilized and their service life is greatly extended.
4.Fine processing ensures stable operation The heavy-duty rotor adopts an integral welding process, which is of high precision, strong impact resistance, and reduces current fluctuations during operation. The fitting surface of the lower frame and the bearing seat adopts an integral processing process to ensure processing accuracy. The fitting surfaces of the impact plate and the impact frame are finely processed and fixed by nylon self-locking nuts and two sets of disc springs, and epoxy resin is added to ensure firm fixation.
