Product Introduction:

 Working Principle:

The European impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor for further crushing, and then bounces back from the impact liner to the plate hammer action area for further crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame.

1.Heavy duty rotor

The heavy-duty rotor welded from steel plates is used to obtain higher moment of inertia, greater crushing force and higher crushing efficiency. The rotor is tested in all directions using rigorous testing methods to ensure its high quality and high performance.

2.Integral cast steel bearing seat

The bearing seat adopts an integral cast steel structure to ensure full cooperation with the crusher frame, increase the radial strength of the bearing seat and improve the load resistance. The larger size of the bearing is selected to achieve higher load-bearing capacity.

3.Crescent-shaped hammer

The crescent-shaped hammer changes the impact angle, increases the effective impact area, and is more efficient and durable. The hammer adopts an axial limit device fixed by a wedge block. The faster the rotor speed, the more firmly the hammer is fixed, and the more convenient it is to disassemble and assemble.

4.Spring safety device

The impact plate adopts a constant pressure spring safety device. When non-crushed objects enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact racks retreat, and the non-crushed objects are discharged from the machine, restoring normal operation and eliminating the hidden danger of equipment jamming. The impact rack adopts a wave-like design, which has stronger impact resistance and wear resistance.

5.Hydraulic lifting device

The hydraulic lifting device (opening the hinged frame cover) can quickly complete the replacement of wearing parts and the adjustment of the output particle size, saving manpower and downtime for maintenance.
