Box crusher is one of our company's main products, also called square box crusher, which is a large stone crushing equipment. It is developed by us based on the advantages of similar crushers on the basis of more than 20 years of production practice. Compared with the sand and gravel production line with the same specifications and production capacity, it changes the two-stage crushing into one-stage crushing, and the coarse and fine crushing are combined into one crushing. In the stone crushing production process of medium-hard materials below 250MPa, a box crusher replaces the coarse and fine two-stage jaw crusher, which greatly reduces the equipment investment and improves the economic benefits of the stone plant. Due to the large mass of the single hammer head and the large moment of inertia of the hammer head, this machine overcomes the weaknesses of other hammer crushers such as fast wear of the hammer head and high loss of wearing parts. It has the characteristics of large feed particle size, high crushing ratio and low maintenance cost. It is suitable for crushing in the mining, cement, highway, railway, coal, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. This series of crushers is becoming a common equipment in the crushing industry.
Box crusher can directly crush materials with side length of 450-1200mm into powder to 80mm ore. It can crush limestone, rock, gypsum, coal gangue and other materials with compressive strength not exceeding 200 MPa without blocking or jamming. It can also be used as secondary crushing. This product is mainly used in mining, cement, building materials, chemical industry and other industries, and is a common equipment for crushing stones.

Box crusher structure:
The frame of the box crusher is a three-part structure. You only need to open the rear casing of the crusher to replace the hammer, crushing plate, liner and other maintenance operations. The parts of the box crusher are highly interchangeable, with fewer types of wearing parts, which is convenient for the purchase and management of spare parts. The hydraulic opening device is used to open and close the casing, which can effectively reduce the maintenance labor intensity, improve the maintenance efficiency and shorten the maintenance time. The monitoring system of the box crusher can monitor the operating status of the crusher at any time, and the monitoring signal can be interlocked with the main control system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine. The drive system of the box crusher adopts the method of motor + mechanical coupling + V-belt + crusher, which can effectively improve the starting performance of the motor and enable the motor to start and run smoothly. The belt drive method can play a dual overload protection function, and the motor power required by the drive system is low, which greatly reduces the operating cost. This drive solution is economical, practical, high-performance, safe and reliable.
When the materials are crushed by the box crusher, they are hit by the impact plate or hammer in the crusher cavity when they rotate. The materials hit each other, which increases the residence time of the materials and makes the materials more powdery. It is particularly suitable for crushing materials with powdery particle size such as stone sand, coal gangue, limestone, gypsum, etc.

Working principle:
The stones fall directly from the top of the machine onto the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, high-speed impact and high-density crushing occur. After hitting each other, eddy current motion is formed between the turntable and the machine casing, causing multiple mutual impacts, friction, and crushing until they are crushed into the required particle size.
