Product Introduction:

TSW series vibrating feeder is a new type of feeder independently developed and designed by our company based on the experience of design, production, sales and service in the mining industry for many years, combined with the development of modern industrial science and technology, and absorbing extensive foreign technology.

Working Principle:

The TSW feeder uses an inertial double eccentric shaft vibrator to generate directional exciting force. There is a pair of gear pairs with a transmission ratio of 1 between the two shafts to ensure that their rotation directions are opposite and the speed is equal. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate. Since the eccentric mass and eccentricity on the two shafts are equal, the inertial forces generated offset each other in one direction and overlap each other in the other direction. The resulting directional exciting force causes the feeding trough rigidly connected to the vibrator to vibrate on the supporting spring. Under the action of the vibration force, the material slides and throws on the trough, so that the material moves forward to achieve the feeding purpose. When the material passes through the grates on the trough, the smaller material falls through the gap between the grates and enters the next crushing process directly without being crushed, thereby achieving a pre-screening effect and fully ensuring the crushing efficiency and capacity of the crushing equipment.

 Performance Advantages:

1.Compact structure, high frequency excitation It has a compact structure, small size and light weight; it is equipped with a double eccentric shaft vibrator with high vibration frequency and strong exciting force, and is supplemented by two-stage stepped grate bars, which greatly improves the feeding capacity.

2.Frequency conversion motor, accurate feeding It adopts variable frequency motor drive, which is easy to operate and control, and the startup and adjustment are smoother. The feeding is uniform and accurate. The feeding speed can be linked with the main machine to realize automatic feedback feeding to ensure continuous and stable feeding.

3.High-quality materials, strong bearing capacity The side plates and rear support plates are made of 16Mn steel plates, the bottom guard plates and side guard plates are made of NM360 steel plates, and the grate bars are made of ZGMn13-4 high manganese steel, which enhances the load-bearing capacity.

4.Process optimization and efficiency improvement Equipped with feeding grates, the materials can be pre-screened. At the same time, the gap between the feeding grates can be adjusted according to the process requirements of the production line to optimize the process and improve efficiency.
