Product Introduction:
YKN series circular vibrating screen is a high-strength and high-excitation circular vibrating screen developed based on more than 20 years of vibrating screen design experience and combined with international vibrating screen manufacturing technology. It is suitable for processing various ores and rocks with a moisture content of no more than 5%, large block size, and high bulk density, and is mainly used for screening operations in industrial sectors such as building materials, mining, chemicals, and cement.
Applications:
Sand and gravel yard , concrete sand making , dry mortar , machine-made sand , power plant desulfurization , quartz sand, etc.
Working Principle:
YKN series vibrating screen is mainly composed of motor transmission part, intermediate shaft component, flexible coupling, exciter assembly, screen frame assembly and other parts.
The YKN series vibrating screen uses an eccentric block as an excitation source to drive the screen body to vibrate in a circular manner. Its working principle is as follows: the screen frame is supported on the base (or foundation) through elasticity, the eccentric block is installed on the shaft, and the shaft is installed on the side plate of the screen frame through bearings and bearing seats. When the main shaft rotates, the eccentric block is driven to rotate, and the inertia force generated by the eccentric block forces the screen frame to vibrate. As the motor runs continuously, the screen machine moves in an approximately circular trajectory to achieve screening operations.
Performance Advantages:
1.Larger amplitude, higher efficiency The vibrator adopts an external block eccentric structure, which improves the exciting force, reduces the weight, has a larger amplitude and higher screening efficiency compared to the shaft eccentric vibrator. The vibrator can meet different exciting force requirements and adapt to different amplitude requirements by adjusting the number of auxiliary eccentric blocks.
2.Optimized design, smooth operation Finite element analysis technology is used to optimize the calculation of the screen frame. The motor and the vibrator are connected by a flexible coupling, which makes the torque transmission without the transmission of axial force, so that the operation is more stable.
3.Easy maintenance and flexible installation The synchronous toothed belt structure is adopted, which is lighter and easier to maintain than the gear synchronizer. The exciters are connected by universal joints, which makes installation and replacement flexible.
4.Uniform force, high strength The side panels are integrally bent and are not prone to welding cracks. The side panels are connected to the cross beams and front and rear cross braces with ring groove rivets, which ensure uniform overall force and high strength.
