Currently, the majority of artificial sand production lines use a wet production process. Regardless of the type of sand washing machine used, the biggest drawback is the serious loss of fine sand (particles below 0.16mm), with some losses exceeding 20%. This not only results in significant material loss but also severely affects the sand grading, leading to an unreasonable grading distribution and a coarser fineness modulus, which greatly reduces the quality of manufactured sand products. Excessive fine sand discharge can also lead to environmental pollution.

To address the above issues, our company has successfully developed the XH series fine sand recovery device. This system is designed based on advanced foreign technology and the actual conditions of sand and powder, and it is an advanced-level fine material extraction device. It is widely used in hydroelectric power station sand and gravel aggregate processing systems, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production lines, recovery of coarse coal slurry in coal preparation plants, and environmental protection projects (such as slurry purification), effectively solving the problem of fine sand recovery.
