Product Introduction:
Rod mills are available in dry and wet types, and users can choose according to their actual conditions. Our company adopts special controllable feeding and discharging technology, and combines the actual grinding materials with suitable grinding bodies, changing the traditional surface contact to line contact, so that the discharge particle size is more uniform and the output is higher. It is widely used in grinding operations that require relatively high uniformity of the finished product in industries such as refractory materials, chemicals, metallurgy, and glass. In recent years, it has also been used in the sand making industry for construction sand.
Product Advantages:

3. By adopting line contact collision, the crushed materials will not be crushed again and will not be over-crushed.
How it works:
Rod mill is driven by motor through reducer and peripheral large gear reduction transmission or by low-speed synchronous motor directly through rod mill through peripheral large gear reduction transmission to drive cylinder to rotate. Appropriate grinding media - steel rods are installed in the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction, the grinding media is lifted to a certain height and falls in a thrown or oblique state. The ground material continuously enters the cylinder from the feed port, is crushed by the moving grinding media, and is discharged out of the machine through overflow and continuous feeding force for the next process.
