Working Principle

The mill is edge driven and driven by an electric motor through a reducer and large and small gears.

The raw coal enters the feeding device of the mill from the feeding equipment, and the hot air with a temperature of about 300℃ also enters the feeding device through the air inlet pipe. A special lifting plate is installed in the drying bin to lift the raw coal, so that the raw coal can be dried by intense heat exchange here. The dried coal blocks enter the grinding bin through the double-layer partition board with lifting plates.

The grinding chamber is filled with grinding bodies (steel balls), where the coal is crushed and ground into coal powder. While the coal is being crushed, a special induced draft fan takes the crushed coal powder and gas out of the mill through the mill's discharging device, and the coarser particles are returned to the grinding chamber through the return screw of the discharging device for re-grinding.
