High-efficiency concentrators are suitable for dehydration of concentrates and tailings in ore dressing plants, increasing the pulp from 20-30% to about 40-70%, and are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic ore dressing, environmental protection and other industries. High-efficiency concentrators are not actually simple sedimentation equipment, but a new type of dehydration equipment that combines the characteristics of the mud layer.
Product Performance
1.Fast sedimentation rate: Adding flocculants increases the particle size of the settling solid particles, thereby accelerating the sedimentation rate.
2.Large settlement area: installing inclined plates shortens the sedimentation distance of ore particles and increases the settlement area.
3.Large processing capacity: It can play the role of flocculation, filtration, compression and increase of processing capacity of the dense phase layer of mud deposition.
4.Operation: Equipped with complete automatic control facilities.
How it works
The concentrator is mainly composed of a circular concentrating tank and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentrating tank settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so that the solid and liquid can be separated. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentrating tank is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the discharge port at the bottom of the tank for discharge, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentrating tank.
