The shaking table is a gravity separation equipment used to separate fine-grained materials. It is widely used in separating tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal.
Product Introduction
The shaking table is a gravity separation equipment used to select fine-grained materials. It is widely used in the selection of tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferro-titanium and coal, etc. Our factory has a long history of producing shaking tables and has continuously developed and innovated them, from the initial straight-bed shaking table to the single-wave bed shaking table (in the 1970s), and then to the hyperbolic wave bed shaking table (in the 1990s), which has greatly improved the processing capacity, recovery rate and enrichment ratio of the shaking table.
Product Advantages:
1.Advanced technology
It combines the domestic shaking table and gravity separation technology, and has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, good separation efficiency and simple operation.
2.Simple procedure
Get final concentrate and final tailings at one time
3.High cost performance
Compared with traditional processes, it has the advantages of no need for chemicals, low energy consumption, easy management, etc., and has a higher performance-price ratio
How it works
Shaking table mineral separation is a process in which the symmetrical reciprocating motion of mechanical stone plates and thin-layer inclined water flow are used on an inclined bed to loosen the ore particles into layers and zones on the bed, thereby separating the minerals according to their density.
