The FRP spiral chute is a new type of equipment developed by our company after four generations of upgrading and upgrading, which combines the characteristics of spiral concentrator, spiral chute, shaking table and centrifugal concentrator. The fourth generation FRP spiral chute is an equipment for mining and beneficiation, especially ideal for sand mining on the seashore, riverside, sand beach and creek. The product has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple installation, small footprint, simple operation, stable beneficiation, clear ore separation, large processing capacity, high efficiency, high beneficiation enrichment ratio, high recovery rate and reliable operation. It has the advantages of light weight, moisture-proof, rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, strong adaptability to fluctuations in feed volume, concentration, particle size and grade, and no noise.
Product Advantages
The spiral chute is suitable for sorting fine materials with a particle size of 0.3-0.02 mm, such as iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore, and other non-ferrous metals, rare metals and non-metallic mineral bodies with different specific gravities. The spiral chute has the advantages of stable sorting process, easy control, wide range of allowable changes in feed concentration, high enrichment ratio, high recovery rate, small footprint, low water consumption, simple structure, no power required, large processing capacity, simple installation, convenient operation, small investment and quick results.
How it works
Stand up the spiral chute, calibrate the vertical line, and fix it in a suitable position with an iron frame or wood. Use a sand pump to send the ore sand to the two feed ports on the top of the spiral. Add additional water and adjust the concentration of the ore paddle. The ore paddle will naturally swirl from high to low, and generate an inertial centrifugal force in the rotating inclined flow rate. The ore and sand are separated by the gravity and centrifugal force of the swirl according to the differences in specific gravity, particle size and shape of the ore sand. The concentrate flows into the concentrate bucket and is connected to the sand pool through a pipe, and then discharged with a sand pump, completing the whole process of mineral processing.
