Working Principle:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame assembly, jaw plate mounting assembly, movable jaw assembly, wheel assembly, adjustment device assembly, transmission tensioning assembly, anchor mounting assembly, feed hopper (optional) and protective cover (optional).
Jaw crushers are usually driven by motors as the power source. The motor inputs power to the pulley through the SPC belt. The pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate to drive the movable jaw to swing forward and backward and up and down. When the movable jaw plate moves closer to the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the crushing chamber decreases, and the materials in the crushing chamber are squeezed or broken. When the movable jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the crushing chamber increases, and the small pieces of crushed materials in the crushing chamber are discharged from the discharge port, so as to achieve continuous cycle movement and crushing operation.
Performance Advantages:
1.Optimize the crushing chamber structure The crushing chamber has been repeatedly optimized, and the actual feed size has been increased. Combined with the large stroke and steep toggle plate inclination design, the stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber is larger, the material throughput capacity is stronger, and the crushing efficiency is greatly improved.
2.Removable non-welded structure frame The frame adopts a design with separated side walls, front and rear walls, and bolting is used to replace the welded frame, avoiding the stress concentration problem caused by welding, and the structure is more compact and reliable.
3.Double wedge adjustment device The wedge adjustment replaces the pad-type discharge opening adjustment, and can be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment as needed, making the discharge opening adjustment operation simpler, time-saving and safer.
4.Elastic limit shock absorbing device The elastic limit block and rubber shock-absorbing device are used to replace the rigid anchor connection to effectively absorb the peak vibration load, thereby reducing the mutual impact between the crusher and the foundation, reducing fatigue damage to the foundation and increasing the service life of the crusher.
5.Integrated motor base Integrated motor base, the motor base is fixed on the crusher, saving installation space; the pin-shaft articulated belt tensioning solution makes power transmission more stable and adjustment more convenient.
6.Good material finishing Key components such as the front wall, rear wall, movable jaw body, and bearing seat are made of alloy cast steel, and the main shaft is made of forging materials with higher comprehensive mechanical properties and resistance to high impact loads. International brand bearings and couplings such as SKF, FAG, and KTR are selected; the large side panels, front wall panels, and rear wall panels are all processed by gantry CNC milling.
