Working Principle:
European jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame part, eccentric shaft rotating part, crushing chamber working part, safety device, discharge port adjustment device, etc.
The European version of the jaw crusher adopts the cam-type crushing method. The motor drives the belt and pulley to swing the movable jaw forward and backward and up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate to move toward the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw and the movable jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. As the motor rotates continuously, the movable jaw of the crusher periodically crushes and discharges the material, realizing mass production.

4.Safety device to ensure safety When non-crushed materials enter the crushing chamber, the toggle plate breaks to protect the valuable parts of the equipment from being damaged; the hydraulic cylinder has an overload protection function. When overloaded, the reverse flow valve discharges the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder, the wedge moves outward, and the discharge port becomes larger.
